Louise is an associate in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in employment. She is experienced in advising in respect of both contentious and non-contentious issues across different sectors including within the education team, primarily working with higher education institutions.

Her recent experience includes advising in relation to various complex discrimination cases including various heads of claim leading to successful outcomes. Louise has also had recent experience advising employers on the various issues stemming from COVID-19 including furlough, redundancies and returning to work.

Louise trained at a corporate firm in Cardiff, before joining Eversheds Sutherland as an associate on qualifying in March 2021. Louise worked in employment law as a paralegal and also as part of her seats on her training contract, and so has a number of years’ experience within the area of employment law.
