Oliver is Counsel in the Corporate Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

He provides advice in the areas of corporate law, capital market law and M&A, focussing inter alia on advising (listed) companies, in particular regarding the preparation and execution of general meetings but also regarding disputes in and out of court in Germany and abroad.

Oliver advised clients regarding numerous general meetings (including critical meetings concerning squeeze outs, downgradings and delistings, corporate actions, acquisitions and transformations (e.g. mergers and changes to the legal form)). Moreover, he provides legal support to various executive bodies such as members of supervisory and management boards, in particular in the context of corporate governance and remuneration issues.

Furthermore, his fields of expertise comprise advising on transactions with respect to corporate law and transformation law. With a view to listed companies, Oliver provides comprehensive advice on follow-up obligations under capital market law and communicative aspects such as company reports. In addition, he provides advice to medium-sized companies and funds as well as their shareholders and advisory boards in the context of reorganisation and restructuring measures.

International groups, German limited liability companies (GmbH), registered associations, (listed) stock corporations as well as Societas Europaea (SE) are among his clients which he supports in all matters of corporate and capital market law as well as in all market segments.
