Eoin is a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland Ireland’s Dispute Resolution & Litigation Department having trained with the firm.
He leads our White Collar Crime offering and has carried out a number of investigations while also prosecuting and defending criminal matters.

His key areas of practice include:
- commercial litigation (including corporate and property)
- public administrative law (including JR, appeals, criminal prosecutions, advisory and statutory drafting)
- regulatory compliance and investigations
- fraud and white collar crime
- financial services disputes
- patent/IP/tech litigation
Eoin sits on the litigation department’s digital IT strategy group and has pioneered a number of IT innovations aimed at delivering value for clients (including the use of AI).
He is a member of the firm's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee and pro-bono practice lead.
He was a part of the team awarded Excellence in Marketplace at the 2017 Chambers Ireland CSR awards for pro bono work in Sinnott v Minister for Environment & Ors. In this case, the High Court found in favour of a severly visually impaired man seeking to vindicate his right to a secret ballot.
He is also a member of the American Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leaders Steering Committee and a board member of SERVE in Solidarity Ireland.
