Margot Lacoste is an Associate in the Real Estate department of Eversheds Sutherland in Paris.

A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2022, Margot advises clients on all real estate transactions, commercial and residential leases, condominium matters, as well as on construction project set-ups and disputes before French courts and arbitral forums.

Fluent in French and English, Margot assists both French and foreign private and corporate entities.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Margot was a trainee lawyer in a renowned French law firm and an international law firm, as well as within the legal department of a major energy group and by  the Commercial Court in Paris.

In addition to a Master II in Real Estate and Construction Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Salutatorian) and a Master I in Notary Law from the University of Toulouse I Capitole, Margot holds a MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London. She also completed a double-degree of Bachelor of French & English Laws from the Universities of Essex and Toulouse I Capitole (Salutatorian).

Margot Lacoste est Collaboratrice au sein du département Immobilier d’Eversheds Sutherland à Paris.

Avocate au Barreau de Paris depuis 2022, Margot conseille principalement une clientèle privée d’investisseurs et de particuliers français et étrangers dans toutes leurs opérations immobilières liées aux transactions, baux, copropriété, montage de projets et contentieux de construction. Elle les accompagne devant les tribunaux français et arbitraux.

Avant de rejoindre Eversheds Sutherland, Margot a effectué des stages au sein d’une grande entreprise énergétique et de cabinets d’avocats renommés, ainsi qu’au sein du Tribunal de commerce de Paris.

Margot est titulaire d’un Master 2 de Droit Immobilier et de la Construction de l’Université de Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Lauréate) et d’un Master I de Droit notarié de l’Université de Toulouse I Capitole, ainsi que d’un MSc de Droit de la Construction et des règlements des différends de King’s College London. Elle est aussi doublement diplômée d’une Licence en Droit français et anglais des Universités d’Essex et de Toulouse I Capitole (Lauréate). Margot parle français et anglais.
