Marine Cousin is an Associate in the tax department of Eversheds Sutherland in Paris. She advises on tax structuring regarding investments, tax litigation and patrimonial taxation. She also assists international groups on their internal restructuring.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2021, Marine holds a Master's degree in taxation, a Master's degree in Law and Finance from ESCP Europe and a Certification of Banking Law and Mergers & Acquisitions from Queen Mary University of London. Her international experience is based on her university course in London, completed by an internship in Corporate / M&A and Private Equity law at LPA in Singapore. Marine began her career at Reinhart Marville Torre in the tax department with tax Partner Philippe de Guyenro.

Marine Cousin est avocate, collaboratrice au sein du département fiscal d’Eversheds Sutherland à Paris. Elle intervient principalement sur des dossiers de structuration fiscale des investissements, de contentieux fiscaux et sur des problématiques de fiscalité patrimoniale. Elle accompagne également les groupes internationaux dans leur restructuration interne.
