Marta è un Associate nel dipartimento di Litigation e si occupa principalmente di contenzioso civile e societario.

Ha prestato assistenza e svolto attività di consulenza per clienti che operano in diversi settori, tra cui settore petrolifero e aeronautico. In aggiunta al contenzioso, Marta assiste i clienti su varie questioni di diritto fallimentare, commerciale e societario.

Si è laureata in Giurisprudenza presso l’Università degli Studi Roma Tre nel 2017 e ha conseguito un Master di II livello in “Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives” presso l’Università Luiss Guido Carli con una tesi su “La responsabilità precontrattuale nella contrattazione telematica”.

Si è abilitata all’esercizio della professione forense nel 2020 ed è iscritta all’Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma.

 

Marta is an Associate in the Litigation Department and she mainly focuses on civil and commercial litigation.

She provides legal assistance and advises clients in diverse industries, including oil and gas. In addition to litigation practice, Marta advises clients on a wide variety of bankruptcy, commercial and corporate matters.

Marta graduated from University of Roma Tre in 2017 and obtained a Master’s degree in “Business and Company Law: European and International Perspectives” from Luiss Guido Carli University with a dissertation on “Pre-contractual liability in telematic bargaining”.

She is admitted to the Bar Association of Rome as of 2020.
