Esyllt regularly provides immigration advice to clients including; prevention of illegal working, applications for leave to remain in the UK under the Points Based System; and undertaking audits of all areas of compliance with sponsor obligations.
Esyllt also routinely advises employers in relation to employment tribunal claims and the negotiation of settlement agreements. Esyllt advises a range of public and private organisations on a range of issues including redundancy, TUPE, discrimination, and performance and absence issues, as well as the drafting of company policies.
Esyllt is comfortable in providing training to both compliance and HR teams on a variety of immigration and employment topics.
As Brexit fast approaches, Esyllt has been thoroughly involved in advising organisations on the effects of Brexit and the best ways in which to retain EU staff and safeguard future recruitment. She has organised and held Brexit roundtable events across our UK offices and has delivered briefing sessions to a large number of clients.
She has written articles on immigration matters for publication in Free Movement and has been quoted by the Guardian regarding the impact of Brexit on EEA citizens.
