Practice notes

Samuel is a principal associate specialising in real estate litigation.

He acts for a wide range of real estate clients, including institutional investors, large corporates, utility providers and commercial developers. His experience includes all forms of property related disputes, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, and freehold disputes, with a particular focus on advising house builders and other developers on a wide range of issues.

Recent highlights include advising on the vacant possession strategy of a shopping centre in London, a high value restrictive covenant matter for a commercial developer which was recently heard in the RCJ and is a reported case, and advising on complex property issues in the context of opposition to a major infrastructure project.

He regularly provides training for clients, as well as external training to members of RICS, and is recommended in the Legal 500.
