Practice notes

Max is an Associate in our Finance group. He has experience in a broad range of corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, both non-contentious and contentious. He advises banks, accountants and corporate clients on various insolvency and restructuring issues, including security enforcement, distressed disposals and directors’ duties.

Max read Law with French at the University of Sheffield, as part of which he spent a year studying at the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon, France.
