Maxiem Devos joined the Brussels company commercial team in January 2020. He specializes in corporate law (M&A, corporate restructurings, joint-ventures,…).

He holds a Master’s degree in Law of the University of Brussels (2012), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from the Brugge Business School (2016) and he completed a postgraduate training to act as a trustee and liquidator in case of bankruptcy (2018). He also teaches the course general introduction to law for real estate agents.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland he had his own e-commerce company and worked for an independent law firm in Brussel.

His native tongue is Dutch and he is also fluent in English and French.

Maxiem is a member of the Bar since September 2015.
