Carolin Zücker is an Associate in our Real Estate and Construction practice group in Munich.

Her area of advice covers all aspects of real estate law, in particular with respect to commercial tenancy law and residential property law, as well as legal advice within the framework of building projects.

Carolin is the co-author of an article regarding the duties of care in the context of company acquisitions.

Carolin studied law at the University of Passau and at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, where she passed her first state examination in 2014. She completed her legal traineeship in Munich and Kuala Lumpur. During her legal traineeship, she already worked for international law firms in Germany and Malaysia. She successfully completed her second state examination in May 2017.
