Carolin Zücker is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Law practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich.

She advises leading national and international companies, project developers, asset managers and real estate companies on all aspects of real estate law, in particular in the area of commercial tenancy law.

Her focus lies on the design and negotiation of commercial tenancy agreements both on the landlords' and on the tenants' side and on legal support within the framework of assets management. Furthermore, she advises on complex property management matters, specifically regarding the design and negotiation of property management agreements.

Carolin regularly represents national and international clients in real estate disputes before German courts.

Her experience includes:

  • advising an international insurance company with respect to the letting of a large number of offices and mixed-use properties and new developments of existing real estate

  • advising an industrial company on leasing an industrial facility
  • advising an international insurance company with respect to the reorganisation of the property management for a portfolio with a value of EUR 7 billion. The advice regards properties of the asset classes office, residential, health care, logistics, shopping centres, retail and hotel
  • advice regarding portfolio leasing and modernisation of eight nursing homes
  • advising international and internationally-operating companies on real estate leases for their expansion in Germany
  • advising a start-up on leasing a logistics hall for returns processing
  • development and support during the market entry of an international last mile logistics company in Germany. The advice regards the development of standards as well as the negotiation of lease agreements to lease numerous logistics premises Germany-wide as well as business-related legal questions
  • advising a large number of clients with respect to dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic
