Namdi is a Senior Associate in our construction and engineering team and advising on transactional and development work for a wide range of private sector clients.

Namdi has experience working across a breadth of sectors including technology and data centres, real estate development, financial services and built environment.

Namdi has extensive experience negotiating and drafting construction and engineering contracts and all ancillary documents based on industry standard forms and bespoke agreements.

Highlights of his recent experience include:

  • advising a leading data centre operator in respect of its construction projects across EMEA including drafting building contracts such as the JCT and FIDIC forms as well as bespoke local forms; consultant appointments; and other construction documentation for the design, construction and maintenance of data centres cross-jurisdictionally
  • acting for a major global tech firm on their expansion and fit-out of office and tech hubs across the UK and EMEA
  • advising on the procurement and delivery of maintenance, refurbishment and redevelopment projects in relation to a £6bn high-end, mixed-use property portfolio in the West End for a Middle Eastern investor
  • acting on the stadium redevelopment for a leading Premier League football club, advising on procurement strategy and full suite of construction documentation for the project
