Gayle is a partner in our Company Commercial group. She deals with a broad range of commercial transactions and advice, but specialises in technology related matters and data protection.

She has experience in advising clients on the whole range of technology and IT outsourcing contracts across a variety of sectors, e-commerce, international data transfer issues, conducting data protection audits, structuring projects for privacy compliance and advising businesses on how to use personal data and compliance to their best advantage.
