Practice notes

Carly is an Associate in our Corporate group.

Prior to joining our Corporate team, Carly was part of an in-house legal team for a financial services provider. As part of her training contract Carly also completed a seat with the restructuring team in the Nottingham office.

Carly’s recent experience includes acting for:

-Timico Technology Group Limited on its £50m disposal to Lyceum Capital Partners LLP;

-Paragon Leisure Group Limited on the acquisition of Notts County Football Club and Notts County Ladies Football Club;

-LDC on its acquisition of Addo Food Group Limited (Pork Farms);

- the management of Rememdium Capital Limited (Random42) on its disposal of the company from Vespa Capital to Graphite Capital; and

-Sygnature Discovery Limited on an investment by Phoenix Equity Partners.

Carly has a degree in Law from Nottingham Trent University where she also completed her Legal Practice Course with Distinction.
