Jessica is Senior Associate in our Parliamentary and Infrastructure Consenting department based in the London office.

Jessica specialises in all aspects of the consenting and implementation of infrastructure projects through Transport and Works Act Orders ("TWAOs"), Development Consent Orders ("DCOs") and Hybrid Bills.

Jessica also advises on compulsory purchase and compensation, environmental issues, highway law, carrying out operational development with the benefit of permitted development rights, listed building and related town and country planning issues, open space and other issues affecting the implementation of transport and energy infrastructure projects.
