Marco key areas of expertise are extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, spin off and transfers of business), in the models and structures for acquisition and sale of investments, management buyouts and leveraged buyouts, tax and legal due diligence. He is advising in more than 40 deals.
 
Tax advisor for of multinational companies, he advises on transfer pricing issues and strategic development. He has a specific expertise on the evaluation of companies, business and IPs, in connection with companies reorganization.

Graduated in Business and Economics, obtained the master’s degree in tax law at the University of Rome Luiss Guido Carli in 1991. He also attended several tax specialist courses abroad (University of Law of Muenster - Germany) in international taxation. He is registered in the Official Listing of Chartered Accountants and in the Register of Financial Auditors. Marco is in the Board of numerous multinational companies as Statutory Auditor.
