Mihaela is an Associate in our Real Estate Litigation Group. She advised on all aspects of commercial property disputes including dilapidations, forfeiture, rights of way, lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), breach of covenant and break options. Mihaela also specialises in agricultural law.

Her recent experience includes:

  • Ongoing advice to a client on strategy to prevent an adjoining landowner from breaching the client’s property rights
  • Advising a client on potential right to light issues regarding a proposed development
  • Advising a client in relation to whether or not an express right of way could still be enjoyed by the adjoining landowner and whether the intended use would amount to an intensification of the right

She has written articles on various aspects of commercial property disputes.

Mihaela regularly delivers training both internally and externally.
