Kate is an Associate in the Commercial team who specialises in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements including the supply of goods and services, software licences, outsourcing, distribution and agency agreements and franchising agreements.

Kate’s experience includes:

  • advising various companies on their terms and conditions for the supply and purchase of goods and services;
  • advising a building society in relation to the procurement of mortgage origination software;
  • advising a leading end-to-end IT service company in relation to an outsourcing deal to provide back-office processing of insurance premiums and claims and related activities;
  • advising a premier league football club in relation to its agreement with a cloud service provider for professional services and associated subscription licences for the creation of a configured version of a customer relationship management service; and
  • advising household name brands in respect of their franchising arrangements in Europe.
