Dashna is a senior associate in our finance group. She specialises in restructuring and insolvency and has substantial experience in all areas of corporate insolvency.

Dashna specialises in non-contentious insolvency and restructurings acting for the major clearing banks, accountants, insolvency practitioners, LPA receivers and companies.

Dashna's recent experience includes acting for KPMG on the sale of Lombok Limited, advising PwC on the sale of Fabric nightclub and recently advising Grant Thornton UK LLP on the sale of student accommodation. Dashna has acted for LPA receivers on a variety of property disposals.

Dashna has completed a secondment with a major clearing bank dealing predominately with bilateral facilities and property tenancy.
