Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, Natalie advises on a full range of real estate litigation issues, with a particular emphasis on commercial property, including landlord and tenant disputes, forfeiture, rights of way, trespass and possession claims, break options, dilapidations, and lease renewals (unopposed and unopposed) and overage disputes. Natalie has also advised on residential real estate litigation matters for commercial clients with residential and commercial portfolios.
