Practice notes

Mark is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Litigation group. He specialises in a wide range of real estate litigation matters and regularly acts for commercial and residential developers, land owners and corporate occupiers.

His recent experience includes: settling a substantial dilapidations claim on a large commercial property in central London, successfully acting in obtaining an injunction in connection with a breach of covenant and acting on a project to relocate the offices of a major high street bank from Canary Wharf to Birmingham, as part of the Government's ring-fencing reforms.

Mark regularly works with clients in the energy, retail and entertainment sectors. Mark also has specialist experience in advising in relation to telecoms disputes.

Mark is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
