Chris Mullings

Principal Associate

Chris is a Principal Associate on the Real Estate group in London. He advises on all aspects of commercial property law across a broad range of sectors.

He acts for institutional landlords and developers on a wide range of commercial property matters, including large-scale acquisitions, disposals and complex site assembly for developers. He has significant experience in asset management work across the office and retail sectors as well as the emerging TV studio sector.

He also acts for a number of occupational tenants with offices across the world, and with a keen interest in the tech industry, he continues to act on UK office expansion programs for major tech companies.

Landlord side:

  • Redevco - asset management lead for various regional assets (including dealing with pre-lets of refurbished former Next store in Liverpool)
  • Landsec - lead for 2020-2022 Rent Concession project
  • Doric Partners LLP - substantial and complex restructuring of occupation with lead office tenant at 5-10 Old Broad Street, London

Tenant side:

  • advising Apple on their 79,000 sq. ft. pre-let of 30 Station Road in Cambridge
  • advising three separate tenants - most recently William Blair International - on the pre-lettings of various floors at 22 Bishopsgate, London
  • advising Facebook on their occupational matters across EMEA and leading on their substantial restructuring of occupation at Regent’s Place
  • acting for Rothesay Life on their HQ move to the renovated Post Building in Central London
  • Joint-project lead for the Landsec work which saw Eversheds Sutherland named as "Real Estate Team of the Year " in The Lawyer Awards 2021
