Laura is a Legal Director in our real estate group specialising in all aspects of residential development. She acts mainly for national housebuilders on major residential development schemes across the UK.

Laura has over 12 years of experience in all aspects of residential development, including immediate and strategic land acquisition, regeneration schemes, promotion and development agreements, collaboration agreements, serviced site acquisitions and disposals.
