Lerosha is a notary public, conveyancer and Senior Associate. Lerosha manages our real estate department.

Lerosha has many years of experience in the conveyancing and property field, she has worked her way up from a filing clerk to a conveyancing paralegal and qualified as an attorney in 2016. She has been a dedicated conveyancing attorney since her admission in 2019 and subsequently a Notary Public in 2020.

Whether you need assistance with a residential or commercial property, Lerosha can advise you across the full spectrum of property law.  This includes registration of conventional & sectional title property ownership transfers, mortgage bonds, share block conversion transactions, various conveyancing related applications, consents and endorsements, for example legal entity conversions, changes of name, replacement of lost title deed applications etc. She can also advise you on subdivision and consolidation transfers, legal entity restructure transactions, divorce transfers and endorsements and deceased estate transfers.

Lerosha can help individuals and businesses with notarial services including execution and registration of Antenuptial Contracts and Notarial Tie Agreements. She can help you with the drafting and review of Notarial Bonds, Notarial Deeds of Servitudes, and cancellations thereof, Notarial Leases and Notarial authentication of documents for use outside of South Africa.

Lerosha has advised a number of individuals and organisations with the following matters:

  • providing conveyancing and notary services to clients, namely: a listed multinational company, private equity firms, and various private companies and individuals
  • improved/unimproved land, houses, farms, sectional title, share block, corporate real estate, retail, industrial and commercial properties
  • property due diligence investigations (one of which was listed in the top 10 unlisted deals of 2019)
  • registration of transactions in all Deeds Offices in South Africa
  • opening of sectional title registers and freehold township developments,
  • drafting property related preliminary and ancillary documents
  • supervision of property transfers on behalf of clients where another firm is handling the transfer
  • preparation and vetting of various contracts, such as sale agreements (Property and Sale of Business); Lease agreements (Residential and Commercial) for clients and providing legal advice
