Practice notes

Katie is an associate in our human resources practice group based in London.

Katie advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters across a range of sectors.

Her recent experience includes advising on business reorganisations and redundancies including collective redundancies, negotiating settlement agreements and the employment law aspects of corporate transactions including in relation to TUPE and cross-jurisdictional matters. Katie also assists clients with Employment Tribunal claims and advises on day to day HR matters including sensitive issues such as disciplinaries, discrimination and bullying/harassment.

Katie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Law Society.
