Harriet is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate group in London advising a broad range of clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Harriet has experience with investors, occupiers, and developers. She advises a range of public and private sector clients. Her work includes advising on the management of real estate assets and title and other due diligence regarding a number of residential and mixed-use developments.
Harriet's recent experience includes:
- acting for Network Rail on the disposal of their commercial estate to the Arch Co for a purchase price of £1.4 billion
- acting for an overseas landlord in negotiating letting documents for a recently refurbished multi-story office building in central London and associated advice, including on managing the building in light of the COVID-19 pandemic
- advising a private residential developer on title and other issues in respect of residential and mixed-use developments, both in London and further afield
- advising high-net-worth individuals on the acquisition, disposal and management of residential property including a mews house in Knightsbridge, a period flat in Belgravia and a new build property in Surrey
