Nicola is a senior associate in the commercial department in our KZN office. Nicola’s experience in largely focused in the general commercial sphere but she has experience in transactional work and corporate restructures. Nicola is a qualified conveyancer and notary public which allows her to bring a unique set of skills to the table.

She is passionate about assisting you solve your commercial problems so that you can focus on running your business. She has six years of post-qualification experience and having qualified as an conveyancer and notary public she is able to bring a unique set of skills to commercial practice.

Nicola’s clients have ranged from private equity to educational institutions and non-profit organisations and she has experience drafting various commercial agreements including shareholders agreements, share sale agreements, commercial leases, asset for share and amalgamation agreements, cession and loan agreements, employment contracts and all supporting documents relating thereto.

Furthermore, Nicola has vast knowledge on international authentication of documents (including apostille) and has assisted many clients by making the application for dual citizenships, among others, as painless as possible.
