Nirashni is an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland (KZN) Inc. in the Litigation Department.

Nirashni joined the firm in 2011 as a Paralegal in the Litigation Department. In 2015, she commenced studying her LLB Degree at the University of South Africa and in 2016 she registered to serve her articles at the firm over a period of 5 years. Whilst completing her articles, Nirashni gained experience in various fields of law and was admitted as an Attorney in 2021.

Nirashni’s experience as a Litigator includes debt recoveries, High Court and Magistrates Court civil litigation, dispute resolution, drafting various pleadings and documents. She has gained experience in preparation for pre-trials and trials, and also has extensive experience in routine office administration.

Representative experience

  • Servicing a range of clients which includes logistic companies, large corporate entities and multi-listed companies such as RCL Foods Limited.
