Peter qualified in 1978 and has specialised in employment law for over 30 years.

His recent experience includes:

  • Representing NASDAQ listed Innospec Inc in a highly sensitive gender discrimination case in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court (reported case).
  • Advising a FTSE100 client on National Minimum Wage claims.
  • Advising a FTSE 100 plc on a site closure and major restructuring.
  • Advising a FTSE100 plc on achieving pension change involving closure of its Defined Benefit Pension Scheme.
  • Dealing with terminations of senior executives for FTSE 100 and 250 clients.
