Frances is a Senior Associate in our Employment department with aexperience in Employment Tribunal Litigation.

Frances has been advising on Employment Tribunal litigation for 8 years, representing a range of clients including FTSE 100 companies.

Frances advises clients during all stages of the Tribunal process and has successfully secured multiple strike out decisions on technical issues involving timing points; TUPE; and prospects of success for discrimination and whistleblowing claims. She has secured judicial mediation settlements with ongoing employee relation issues.

Frances also advises on non-contentious matters and has experience advising on contractual change projects affecting the entire workforce for public and private sector clients; company policies; settlement agreements; investigations; capability, disciplinary and grievance procedures; and redundancy and restructuring projects. She is appointed to a number of client service team helplines advising on general employment and employee relation issues.
