Olivia is an associate in our Commercial team specialising in complex technology and transformational projects and outsourcings in the TMT, financial services and transport sectors.

Her recent experience includes advising:

 

  • a pension trustee on the drafting and negotiation of a strategic, technology-led outsourced administration services agreement 
  • a global automotive client in relation to the outsourcing of its cloud based consumer finance platform 
  • a UK government ministry in connection with a number of direct awards related to rail passenger franchises
  • a UK transport entity in relation to various strategic technology projects, including its National Traffic Information System and 'Free-Flow" Charging projects
  • a UK training body on their procurement of a UK wide computer-based testing framework and simultaneous outsourcing of the theory test function of the UK driving test.
