Oluwatobi Taiwo is an Associate within the Restructuring and Insolvency team in our Nottingham office.
Oluwatobi has experience in both corporate and personal insolvency work and contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.
Oluwatobi advises insolvency practitioners, accountants, financial institutions, and other corporate clients on insolvency and restructuring issues, such as director’s duties, realisation of assets in foreign jurisdictions and insolvency claims against company directors.
Oluwatobi’s recent experience includes acting for the administrators of a well-known English and Scottish energy company and successfully realising a trustee’s interest in a jointly owned property in a contentious bankruptcy matter.
Oluwatobi is a member of the R3 New Professionals Group.
