Practice notes
Burcin is an associate in our banking and finance practice group based in Rotterdam. Burcin has experience in all aspects of banking and securities law as well as finance and capital market transactions (including advice on security rights and legal opinions). She advises on a wide range of subjects such as negotiation in the area of corporate lending, real estate finance, leveraged finance transactions and restructuring. Burcin advises both national and international clients. Her clients are primarily prominent international banks, private equity investors and borrowers.
Her recent experience includes:
• Advising a large international bank regarding a real estate financing transaction
• Assisting a Dutch investor in relation to the financing of the acquisition of a renewable energy project
• Advising on (potential) insolvency issues
• Regularly assisting (international) banks and borrowers in finance transactions
Burcin completed her legal education at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2017, where she completed the masters’ corporate law and financial law.
