Sebastian’s work since joining Eversheds Sutherland includes advising: Charter Court Financial Services on its £550m Main Market IPO; Medica Group on its £150m Main Market IPO; Stifel Nicolaus Europe in its role as sponsor on the transfer of Secure Trust Bank plc from AIM to the Main Market; Stifel Nicolaus Europe its role as sole bookrunner to Arbuthnot Banking Group on a £150m block trade in Secure Trust Bank; Cantor Fitzgerald in its role as nominated adviser and bookrunner on an accelerated bookbuild and open offer in AFC Energy plc; and finnCap in its role as nominated adviser and broker on a placing and open offer in Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc. 

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Sebastian’s recent representations include: a UK technology company on its AIM IPO; a UK retail company on a fund-raising round led by a French VC group; a UK investment bank on the Main Market IPO of REIT; and an AIM company on its acquisition of another AIM company in the renewable energy sector.

Sebastian is recognised in Chambers and Partners as "a known figure in the market for AIM IPOs and secondary offerings - his clients praise his performance on transactions".

Sebastian has had two secondments: Investec's Corporate Finance Group in 2004 and Citigroup's ECM Legal Team in 2011.
