Practice notes

Natalie is a senior associate in our Core Real Estate Group in London.

She deals with a variety of investment acquisitions and disposals and asset management work for overseas and UK property investors. She acts for a central London landlord on their £5 billion property portfolio of offices, retail, leisure and residential premises, dealing with all their asset management requirements. She also acts for both lenders and borrowers on property finance transactions in relation to new funding arrangements or refinancing existing debt.
