Practice notes

Alke Ostermann is an Associate in the Human Resources practice group in Hamburg.

She advises and represents national and international companies in all areas of individual and collective labour law as well in the context of company pension schemes both in and out of court.

Alke studied at Westfälische Wilhelms University of Münster, Germany, and at Paris Nanterre University in Paris, France.

Alke completed a two-month internship at the Superior Court of Juvenile Justice in San Francisco, USA, as part of a specialist foreign language training (fachspezifische Fremdsprachenausbildung, FFA) during her studies.

During her legal traineeship, she worked in the labour and employment law departments of two international law firms as well as of a major international company.
