Jonathan is a Senior Associate in our dedicated Privacy, Data Protection and Information Law team.

Jonathan qualified as a Solicitor in September 2017 having read law at the University of Cambridge and completed his training contract with DLA Piper, which included a six month secondment to Intercontinental Hotels Group plc.

Recent experience includes: preparing and updating internal and external facing privacy policies and procedures for large multinational corporations; drafting and agreeing data transfer and data sharing/processing agreements for large multinational corporations; advising on the interplay between the General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations for clients engaged in direct marketing; and assisting clients responding to data security breaches, including multi-jurisdictional breaches.
