Practice notes

Dana is an Associate in our Litigation and dispute management team. She specialises in Commercial litigation.

Dana supports clients in resolving a broad range of disputes, mostly in the area of commercial, contentious construction and engineering matters.

One of Dana's recent projects involved assisting a major international engineering design firm in a complex ICC arbitration against the state railway carrier in Romania.
