Roshni is an Associate in the Infrastructure Transport (Real Estate) Team. Roshni specialises in key aspects of Landlord and Tenant including, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, leases, licences, easements and compulsory purchase.

Roshni advises Transport Sector clients with various property matters to facilitate the construction of railways and associate infrastructure as well as commercial lettings.

Roshni helped devised and implement a suitable and tailored case management system to enable the conveyancing of residential property and produce management information for a public sector client.

Roshni completed a 6 month client secondment during her Training Contract.

Roshni is also Co-Chair for the Hindu Lawyers Association who work on providing educational, charitable and legal support to community organisations.
