Kathrin Paulet is a Counsel in the Real Estate practice group at Eversheds Sutherland in Dusseldorf.

She advises national and international clients on all questions of real estate law. She specialises in real estate transactions. Kathrin furthermore has extensive experience in commercial tenancy and leasing law, property management and property law.

Her experience includes advising:

  • a German family office with regard to the acquisition of several office and commercial properties in and around Frankfurt including continuous support with all matters of tenancy law*
  • a German investment fund with regard to the acquisition of numerous properties for residence and special purposes in the Rhineland*
  • an international retail group regarding tenancy law matters within the framework of its insolvency*
