Luise Paulsen is an Associate at Eversheds Sutherland in Munich and a member of the international Corporate and M&A practice group.

Her activities include advising national and international companies in the areas of M&A, Corporate and Commercial.

Luise studied law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. During her legal traineeship, she worked for Munich Higher Regional Court and inter alia for a law firm in Munich and in Copenhagen. Her elective stage was in San Francisco, USA.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Luise Paulsen worked in the Board & CEO practice of one of the world's leading executive search firms in the area of industrial and natural resources.

Luise's recent experience includes advising:

  • Experian on its acquisition of a majority stake in a leading service provider in the area of credit risk management in Germany
  • AR Packaging on the acquisition of Rlc Packaging Group and Nampak Cartons Nigeria
  • DER Touristik (REWE Group) on the acquisition of the Czech tourism company Fischer
