Aleksandra Pędzich is a lawyer in the Public Contracts and Energy team at Eversheds Sutherland Poland.
She specialises in energy law (with a focus on issues related to investment projects in the energy and renewables sectors). She also deals with environmental law, including impact assessments and environmental permits, construction and zoning law and administrative procedures. She provides legal and regulatory support to clients in the energy sector.
Prior to joining the firm, Aleksandra gained experience in Warsaw law firms as well as working for a renewable energy company specialising in large-scale photovoltaic power plant projects in European countries.
She advised on the development of renewable energy projects and conducted administrative and administrative court proceedings for more than 150 investment projects. She has participated in the preparation of due diligence reports. She has extensive experience in obtaining permits for RES investments.
- Advising investment companies in appeal proceedings before public administration authorities at the stages of obtaining permit decisions.
- Advising on obtaining a decision on environmental conditions for a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of over 200 MW.
- Advising an entity in the energy sector on applying for European Union aid funds.
- Participation in legal analyses for the client with regard to the pending annulment of environmental decisions issued for the implementation of wind farm and photovoltaic projects.
- Graduated in law from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.
