Phill is a core real estate partner, helping private and public sector clients, investors and funders across a broad range of real estate transactions and complex development and regeneration projects.
A real estate partner based in our Manchester office, he has worked as a dedicated property lawyer since qualifying in 2004. A large part of his role is advising clients on a broad scope of real estate work —ranging from investment transactions, complex site assembly and promotion, to funding structures.
Phill has experience in acting for commercial developers, funders and institutions and the public sector on complex development and regeneration projects, including joint venture structures and strategic partnering and development agreements, delivering multiphase, mixed-use developments across multiple sectors.
In his spare time, he enjoys running, golf, hiking, reading and cooking.
