Pim is an all-round finance, restructuring and capital markets partner.

His finance experience includes acquisition finance, project finance and real estate finance. His capital markets experience ranges from IPOs to block trades, plain vanilla bonds, hybrid instruments and bond programmes. Pim is also frequently consulted by listed companies for their most sensitive disclosure issues and advice on ongoing obligations.

Pim co-heads our Dutch restructuring group. The restructuring group advises business confronted with financial or operational distress.

Pim has been recognised as a rising star in the areas of B&F (borrower side), DCM and ECM by Legal 500 (2020) and IFRL1000 (2020), respectively, with clients praising his practical approach, expertise and responsiveness.
