Jennifer is a Principal Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group, specialising in Employment Law. Jennifer qualified in 2010 and advises clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters.

Jennifer has recently advised clients in relation to large scale and cross border restructures. Jennifer regularly advises on redundancies, changes to employee terms and conditions and TUPE transfers. Jennifer is often involved in negotiating with employee representatives or unions in respect of these matters. Jennifer is also able to support in the drafting and negotiating of employment provisions, as part of a business sale or purchase.

Jennifer also provides day to day support to a range of clients on matters such as disciplinary and grievances procedures, performance and absence management, as well as settlement discussions and exiting specific individuals.

Jennifer represents and advises employers on defending Tribunal litigation relating to all areas of Employment Law, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
