Mark is a partner in our Employment Group, experienced in Employment Litigation. He has considerable experience of employment tribunal litigation and also conducts his own advocacy, successfully defending complex cases throughout England, Scotland and Wales (including complex discrimination claims, whistleblowing claims and claims involving multiple Claimants and Respondents).

Mark qualified in 2005 and has been an employment litigator throughout his career. Mark also provides advice to clients in relation to non-contentious matters, such as senior exits and variation to terms and conditions of employment. Mark is described in Legal 500 as "an expert in employment tribunal work".
