Practice notes

Thomas is a Principal Associate in our corporate group. He has experience acting for a wide range of clients in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and equity capital market transactions, joint ventures, group reorganisations and corporate governance.

Thomas' recent experience includes advising: Capita plc on the £888 million sale of its Asset Services division to Link Group; Eurocell plc on its £175 million Official List flotation; Joules Group plc on its £140 million admission to AIM; Dorcaster plc in respect of its reverse takeover of the Escape Hunt group; and iconic automotive company MIRA in a strategic assets and share sale to Japanese corporate HORIBA.
