Kate is a Partner in our Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. Kate’s practice encompasses a wide range of issues associated with commercial real estate, with a particular specialism in rights of light and energy-related disputes.
She regularly advises a number of major developer clients as well as high street banks and alternative lenders on rights of light strategies and risk mitigation for large urban-centre developments across the UK.
She also has significant experience in acting for clients in the Energy and Real Estate sectors in relation to nuisance claims and judicial reviews.
Kate has represented clients at all levels of the judiciary from the First Tier Tribunal to the Privy Council. Examples of reported cases include:
