Abigail helps employers to navigate both contentious and non-contentious issues that arise out of the employment relationship.
Abigail is an Associate in the Employment, Labor and Pension practice group and has specialized in employment law since she qualified in 2018.
Abigail regularly provides practical advice and support to assist with the management of disciplinary, grievance and absence related issues. Regarding her contentious work, Abigail has experience acting for Respondents in respect of unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination Employment Tribunal claims.
Abigail also advises on the employment issues that can arise on the sale or purchase of a company, including drafting and negotiating new employment documentation and employment-related provisions in sale documentation.
