Kaija Pulkkinen is an experienced, practical and solution-oriented labour law expert. Kaija has extensive and diverse experience in all aspects of labour law. She advises both private and public sector employers in, inter alia, the drafting of employment and director contracts, terminations of employment, co-operation negotiations, different corporate transactions and assignments of business as well as changing situations in the public sector. Kaija has strong experience in resolving labour law disputes as the representative of employers and, thanks to her background, extremely strong expertise in collective labour agreements and extensive knowledge of how the labour market works. Kaija provides training on labour law in both company-specific and general training sessions.
Kaija also has wide-ranging experience in various corporate transactions and company law as well as demanding public-sector incorporation projects. Furthermore, Kaija advises our clients in dispute resolution, assignments related to real estate and conveyancing, and public procurements.
Kaija mainly works in our office in Oulu.
